Radiance on Lyra Holliday Houses are situated in the Stanthorpe region nestled between the foothills of Girraween and Sundown National Parks and consists of two beautiful accommodation homes aptly named Serenity and Tranquility.

Each Accommodation home is spacious and boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living areas, log fires and adequate space for up to 8 persons.

Situated on 8 acres of manicured grounds, Radiance on Lyra is in the vicinity of award winning wineries, restaurants and other popular tourist destinations.

Without a doubt you will enjoy sipping a glass of local wine through either of the four seasons whilst beholding breathtaking views of the sunset from the verandas of either accommodation home.

We are located within a hub of major award winning wineries and are within 5 minutes’ drive of the Ballandean Tavern and several fine dining restaurants.

Do you provide meals?

No however each holiday home has self-contained fully equipped kitchens and BBQ’s.

How far is it to the closest shops?

3 Kilometres

Is the accommodation and surrounds suitable for children?

Yes, children are welcome. There are large grounds to play in.

Can we get mobile phone reception and Internet access there?

Mobile phone reception. Wifi is currently available in Tranquility.

How will I know that my booking is confirmed?

Are there laundry facilities?

Each holiday home has a laundry facility.

Is smoking allowed inside?

We have a strict policy on non-smoking inside the holiday home and if smoking has been discovered there will be an additional cleaning fee charged to the booking.

Can we bring pets?

Sorry No Pets. - Strict policy in relation to pets on the property. If it has been found that pets have been on the property additional charges will be incurred.

Do the homes have air conditioning?

Both holiday homes are well insulated and are equipped with “wood fired heating”, ceiling fans and Air Conditioning.

Will you provide bedding?

Clean linen is provided.

Are there TVs in homes?

TV’s are provided in each holiday home

Do the homes have wheelchair access?

“Tranquillity” holiday home has wheelchair access and has a specially designed master bedroom that includes wheelchair access and an extra-large ensuite

History

Lyra takes its name from Lyra railway station on the Southern railway line, which in turn takes its name from the constellation Lyra.
